问题解决了：在其它相同版本win7中提取C:\Windows\assembly这个文件夹，复制替换到你现在的系统就好了，有800多m还是1个多G的样子，你去看看附近同学的电脑，肯定有人有的，替换的了的，你复制整个assembly文件夹，不要进文件夹去复制子文件
